4. TRANSFER.
a.
Third Party. The initial user of the Software product may once transfer the
Software product to another end user.With each transfer, all parts, media,
printed documents, this License Agreement and if applicable the Cercate of
Authenticity will be transferred. The transfer may not be an indirect transfer,
such as a deposit. Prior to the transfer, the end user receiving the transferred
product must agree to all terms of the License Agreement. Aer transfer of the
Soware product, your license will automacally be terminated.
b.
Restricons. It is not permied to rent out, lease or lend the Soware product,
or to submit the Soware Product to a commercial meshare or oce use. It is
not a permied to provide a sublicense or to assign or transfer the license of the
Soware product, other than expressly authorised by this License Agreement.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All intellectual property rights related to the Soware
product and user documentation are property of AWIND and its suppliers
and are protected by law. It is not permitted to remove product identification
features, copyright statements or property restricons of the Soware product.
6. LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING. You may not reverse engineer,
decompile or disassemble the Soware product, except and only to the extent
that such acvity is expressly permied by applicable law notwithstanding this
limitaon.
7. PERIOD OF TIME. This License is effective until terminated or rejected. The
License Agreement loses its validity both in situaons described elsewhere in this
License Agreement and if you fail to comply with any of the terms or condions
in this License Agreement. .
8. T. PRIVACY POLICY. You agree that AWIND and its partners are entled to collect
and use technical information distributed by you in supporting the Software
product. AWIND agrees not to disclose this information in a way in which the
informaon can be reduced to your person, except when necessary for oering
this support.
9. LIMITED WARRANTY. AWIND AND ITS SUPPLIERS, AS FAR AS PERMITTED BY
